We had an amazing stay at this hotel on the beautiful Nigeen Lake. The location was perfect as it offered a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the crowded areas. The staff, from the top management to the service staff, were extremely friendly and treated us like family. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were tastefully done up and had all the amenities we needed, including a heater that was a savior during the chilly weather. The showers were the best we've had in India. The hotel also offered various services such as car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more convenient.
Would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a hygienic and comfortable stay.

I spent my New Year's at a beautiful houseboat in Kashmir and it was an amazing experience. The view of the snow-capped mountains and the calm waters was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the home cooked food was delicious. the rooms were equipped with heaters that kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. it was a unique and memorable experience.
Honestly, there was nothing that I disliked about my stay. The only thing that could have been better is if the location was a bit closer to the city center so we could experience more of the local culture and activities.

Located in the picturesque surroundings of snow-capped mountains, the New Jacquline Heritage House boats provide a peaceful retreat on the shores of tranquil Lake Nageen.
Some of the nearby street vendors can be a bit pushy.

During my Christmas trip, I was glad to find a hotel that suited my needs. the two main features that stood out were the stunning view of the lake from the room and the comfortable and cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. Another plus was the convenient location, which allowed me to easily access nearby attractions.
The hotel lacked some modern amenities and facilities that many travelers may consider necessary. For example, there was no Wi-Fi available in the room, which made it difficult for me to stay connected with family and friends during the holidays.

Beautiful Houseboat on a Beautiful Lake!!
We were initially worried about staying on a houseboat, but our fears were completely dispelled once we arrived at this stunning houseboat on Nigeen lake. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the staff made us feel like family, especially Akbar Chacha. The owner even made sure to check on us regularly.

Our unforgettable stay included stunning views of mountains and lake from our houseboat on the serene waters. The staff provided excellent service, serving tasty local breakfasts and keeping the boat impeccably clean. We appreciated the convenient transportation by hand-paddled shuttle boat and the hotel's location on the serene Nageen lake.
For us it was ideal.
